The Southwest Texas Rain Enhancement Association is currently in its 7th year of weather modification activities. As a result or many hours of consultation, hard work, and perseverance, we are confident our ability to seed storms will be even better than last year. We are cautiously optimistic that when the academic community analyzes our near-term results, we will be able to receive new insights that will allow us to continue pursuing SWTREA goals in Southwest Texas on more firmer ground throughout the first decade of the new millennium and beyond.
